Our dates book well in advance, particularly Fridays, Saturdays and peak wedding season. We recommend enquiring as early as possible to secure your preferred date.
Your wedding date is confirmed once we receive your signed Venue Hire Agreement together with a 25% booking deposit.
Yes. We are happy to hold an available wedding date for up to 7 days while you finalise your decision.

Terre Rouge is a private European-inspired estate designed exclusively for elegant celebrations. Rather than a traditional reception venue, couples enjoy exclusive use of beautiful gardens, timeless architecture, open lawns for marquee receptions, stunning sunsets and feature lighting that creates an unforgettable atmosphere.
Yes. We host a maximum of two weddings per week, allowing every couple exclusive use of the estate. This also provides time for marquee and supplier bump-in the day before your wedding, with bump-out the following day.
We believe every wedding deserves our complete attention. Limiting the estate to just two weddings each week allows couples exclusive access, provides ample time for supplier bump-in and bump-out, and ensures the property and gardens are presented in immaculate condition for every celebration.
Terre Rouge can accommodate up to 150 guests.
At this stage, accommodation is not available on the estate; however, we're happy to recommend nearby accommodation options.
Absolutely. Many couples choose to enjoy both their ceremony and marquee reception on the estate.
Yes. The estate offers multiple beautiful ceremony locations throughout the gardens and lawns.
Yes. We work closely with you and your suppliers to ensure a seamless alternative should wet weather arise.
Marquees are arranged through your preferred marquee supplier. We can also recommend experienced suppliers familiar with the estate.
We provide a list of our preferred caterers who are familiar with Terre Rouge. If you wish to use an alternative caterer, they must be fully insured, appropriately licensed and approved by the venue prior to your wedding.
Yes. BYO beverages are permitted, subject to licensing requirements and responsible service of alcohol.
Furniture and hire items are arranged through your chosen hire company, giving you complete flexibility to style your wedding.
Suppliers and marquee companies can commence bump-in from 9:00am the day before your wedding.
Yes. Couples receive access from 3:00pm to 4:00pm the day prior for a ceremony rehearsal.
Absolutely. You're welcome to style the venue yourself or work with your preferred stylist.
Yes. We provide a carefully curated list of trusted photographers, celebrants, florists, stylists, caterers, marquee companies and entertainment providers.
Yes. All weddings at Terre Rouge require one of our recommended wedding planners to be onsite. This ensures your day is expertly coordinated from start to finish, so you can be fully present with your guests.
Yes. You're welcome to use your own suppliers, provided they meet our venue requirements.
On-site parking is available for up to 40 cars. We still strongly encourage guests to travel via organised bus or shuttle transport wherever possible.
Many areas of the estate are accessible, however some garden areas feature natural terrain. Please discuss any accessibility requirements with us.
Absolutely. Terre Rouge welcomes family-friendly celebrations.
The beloved pets of the bride and groom are warmly welcomed to be part of your ceremony. Following the ceremony, they will need to be taken off the estate.
Absolutely. The estate offers stunning gardens, mature trees, feature lighting, expansive lawns and beautiful sunsets, providing endless opportunities for timeless wedding photography.
Yes. Your exclusive venue hire allows plenty of time to enjoy the estate and capture photographs throughout the property.
Guest access is from 3:00pm, with celebrations concluding by 11:00pm.
We'll work closely with you and your suppliers to implement your wet weather plan, ensuring your celebration remains beautiful regardless of the weather.
Yes. The estate provides power suitable for marquee weddings and professional event suppliers.
Yes. Modern guest bathroom facilities are available for all guests.
Yes. One security guard is required for all weddings of more than 80 guests, and two security guards are required for weddings of more than 130 guests.
Absolutely. We'd love to show you around the estate. Private inspections are available by appointment.
Yes. Every wedding is unique, and we're happy to discuss tailoring aspects of your celebration where possible.
