Our dates book in advance, particularly for multi day productions and major campaigns. We recommend enquiring early to secure your preferred dates.
Your shoot date is confirmed once we receive your signed Hire Agreement together with a 25% booking deposit.
Yes. We are happy to hold an available date for up to 7 days while you finalise your decision.

Terre Rouge is a private French-inspired estate on 40 acres, designed for productions and creative hire. Rather than a public venue, you have exclusive use of the entire property for the duration of your booking.
A maximum of two productions per week, allowing every booking exclusive use of the estate and ample time for crew bump in and bump out.
French provincial facade with sage shutters and terracotta roof, arched colonnade with hanging lanterns and checkerboard marble, formal cypress and lavender gardens, cherry blossom orchard (seasonal), fountain courtyard, open lawns, mountain ash forest edge, and sweeping views across the Dandenong Ranges.
Up to 150 people on site, including crew and talent.
Yes. Exclusive hire gives you access to all exterior spaces across the 40 acres.
Yes. All production equipment, trucks, and crew vehicles are welcome. Larger productions should discuss specific access requirements with us.
Yes. The estate provides power suitable for professional production and standard equipment loads. For larger loads, discuss generator setup with us during booking.
Yes. Multi day bookings, overnight shoots, and extended hour schedules are all welcome.
Yes. We work closely with you to ensure a smooth alternative should wet weather affect outdoor plans.
Standard access is from 7am. Earlier access and multi day bump in schedules are available for larger productions.
Absolutely. External caterers and craft services are welcome. We can also recommend trusted suppliers familiar with the estate.
Furniture, props, and styling items are arranged through your production team or hire companies.
Productions must carry appropriate public liability insurance. Full details are provided on booking.
On site parking is available for up to 40 vehicles. For larger productions, additional parking arrangements can be made.
Many areas of the estate are accessible, however some garden areas feature natural terrain. Please discuss specific accessibility requirements with us.
Trained animals for film and photography are welcome by arrangement. Please discuss specifics with us during booking.
